PER CURIAM.

In 2009, appellant George Hickey was found guilty by a jury of rape, kidnapping, and first-degree terroristic threatening. He was sentenced to an aggregate term of life imprisonment. We affirmed. Hickey v. State, 2010 Ark. 109, 2010 WL 745919. Following the issuance of our mandate, appellant timely filed a pro se petition for postconviction relief in the circuit court pursuant to Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.1 (2009).
