Appellant TEMCO Construction, LLC (TEMCO), appeals the orders of the Faulkner County Circuit Court dismissing its complaint against Appellees Sherry and Gregg Gann. TEMCO also appeals the order awarding attorneys' fees to the Ganns. This court assumed jurisdiction of this appeal pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct.
