Appellant John Wells appeals the October 3, 2012 order of the Sebastian County Circuit Court denying his motion to modify the amount of alimony he agreed to pay appellee Linda Wells. He argues that the trial court's reliance on Tiner v. Tiner1 was misplaced and that the parties' agreement was subject to modification by the court. We affirm.
