Appellant Greg Armstrong appeals from the termination of his parental rights to his nine-year-old daughter, A.A.1 Mr. Armstrong's counsel has filed a no-merit brief and a motion to withdraw, stating that there is no issue of arguable merit to advance on appeal and that she should be relieved of counsel.
