Appellant Greg Armstrong appeals from the termination of his parental rights to his nine-year-old daughter, A.A.1 Mr. Armstrong's counsel has filed a no-merit brief and a motion to withdraw, stating that there is no issue of arguable merit to advance on appeal and that she should be relieved of counsel. We affirm and grant appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw.
