On May 5, 2005, Devarious Moore pleaded guilty to selling or delivering a controlled substance and was sentenced to 120 months' suspended imposition of sentence (SIS). On April 4, 2012, the State filed a petition to revoke, alleging that Moore had violated various conditions of the suspension.
