Before his death, Kenneth Allen filled in the blanks on a will form. After Mr. Allen passed away, appellee, the primary beneficiary under the purported will, sought to have it admitted to probate. The trial judge ruled that it was a valid holographic will and granted appellee's petition. Appellant, Mr. Allen's daughter, argues that this was error because the will did not comport with the statutory requirements applicable to holographic wills...
