The appellant was charged with failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements applicable to sex offenders and with residing within 2000 feet of a daycare facility as a level 4 sex offender, in violation of Ark. Code Ann. §§ 12-12-904 (Repl. 2009) and 5-14-128 (Supp. 2008), respectively.
