ALEXANDER v. STATE

No. CACR12-620.

2013 Ark.App. 16

WHITNEY NICOLE ALEXANDER, APPELLANT, v. STATE OF ARKANSAS, APPELLEE.

Court of Appeals of Arkansas, Division II.

Opinion Delivered January 16, 2013.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

C. Brian Williams , for appellant.

No response.

LARRY D. VAUGHT, Judge.

In this case, Whitney Nicole Alexander's counsel has filed a no-merit brief in accord with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 4-3(k) (2012), and asserts that, due to the low burden of proof on the State in a probation-revocation hearing, Alexander's conviction and sentence should be affirmed and counsel's motion to be relieved as counsel should be granted.
