On recommendation of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, we accept the voluntary surrender, in lieu of disciplinary proceedings, of the license of Mark E. Barton of El Dorado, Arkansas, to practice law in the State of Arkansas. The name of Mark E.
