Quinton Dewayne Harris was convicted of raping his aunt, Evelyn Dean Watson, and of committing first-degree terroristic threatening against her. Appellant was tried before a jury in Arkansas County Circuit Court, and he was sentenced to sixty and fifteen years of imprisonment, respectively.
