Teddy Jones was tried by a jury and found guilty of the offense of second-degree sexual assault. He was sentenced to twenty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. As his sole point of appeal, he contends that the trial court abused its discretion in allowing the State to present testimony from M.P. under the pedophile exception to Rule 404(b) of the Arkansas Rules of Evidence.
