Lori Withrow, Gregory Fess, and Larry Morton appeal from an order granting summary judgment to appellee1 on their claims for tortious interference with contractual relations. On appeal, they argue that the trial court erred in granting the motion because a genuine issue of material fact remained—whether Brissette was acting within the scope of his employment when he terminated them.
