Gary Don Wallace appeals the revocation of several suspended sentences. He argues that the trial court was without jurisdiction to revoke one of his suspended sentences, which the State concedes, and that the State's proof was insufficient to support revocation of the remaining suspended sentences. We hold that the trial court's revocation of Wallace's remaining suspended sentences was not clearly against the preponderance of the evidence....
