A Miller County jury found appellant Claude Smith guilty of aggravated robbery, and he was sentenced to thirty years' imprisonment. Smith argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for directed verdict because, aside from the testimony of accomplices, there is no evidence that tends to connect him to the aggravated robbery. Smith also argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial after an accomplice twice revealed...
