Appellant Jose Barrera was charged with one count of possession of more than 100 pounds of marijuana with intent to deliver and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A Crawford County jury found Barrera guilty of both counts, and he was sentenced to a total of twelve years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.1 The judgment and commitment order was entered on June 13, 2011, and Barrera filed a timely notice...
