Appellee Leanna Chrisman sustained neck and back injuries while working as a certified nursing assistant for appellant St. Edward Mercy Medical Center on December 29, 2009. St. Edward accepted the injury as compensable and instructed her to see Dr. R. Cole Goodman for treatment.
