Appellant Thane Thomas Newton appeals from the trial court's order dismissing his petition for abatement of child support during his incarceration. On appeal, appellant argues that his due-process rights were violated because he did not receive adequate notice of the hearing and that the trial court erred in dismissing his petition for abatement. We decline to address the merits at this time and order rebriefing due to the numerous deficiencies...
