This one-brief appeal arises from the September 21, 2011 order of the Jefferson County Circuit Court denying Pine Bluff National Bank's (PBNB) petition for modification of a trust. On appeal, PBNB argues that the trial court erred in refusing to consent to the modification of the Ruby G. Owen Trust into a special-needs trust. We affirm.
