Appellant pled guilty in June 2009 to the offense of forgery in the second degree, a Class C felony. She was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $1,475 at the rate of $50 per month beginning August 10, 2009. In August 2010, one year after appellant's payments were to have begun, the State filed a petition to revoke her probation, alleging that she violated the conditions...
