In this eminent-domain case, the circuit court awarded appellee James Green $63,100 as just compensation for a taking by appellant CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission Company. CenterPoint seeks reversal, arguing that the circuit court failed to enter specific findings of fact and conclusions of law, abused its discretion in admitting evidence, and erred in its just-compensation finding.
