Appellant Cancun Cyber Café and Business Center, Inc. ("Cancun"), appeals the circuit court's order dismissing with prejudice Cancun's complaint for emergency declaratory and injunctive relief and denying as moot Cancun's petition for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.
