Appellee Jimmy Ray Baxter, an attorney, was involved in a motor vehicle accident on July 17, 2006, while on his way to a client's house to complete discovery. Appellants Ray Baxter, P.A. and Union Standard Insurance Company (collectively, "Union") controverted Baxter's claim in its entirety.
