Appellant Scott Mitchell entered a conditional plea of guilty to driving while intoxicated (DWI), third offense, and making an improper turn at an intersection. He was sentenced to one year in the Garland County Detention Center with 215 days suspended, and he was assessed fines, costs, and fees.
