Appellant Kenny Wayne Cornett was convicted by a Washington County jury of eight counts of terroristic threatening. He appeals these convictions, alleging that the trial court erred in (1) denying his motions for a mistrial or a continuance based on discovery violations and (2) failing to give an instruction on the defense of justification.
