Appellant Cedric Raulston alleged that he had sustained a compensable injury to his back on December 14, 2009, but the Commission found that he failed to prove that he had sustained a compensable injury. On appeal, Raulston contends that the Commission arbitrarily disregarded evidence and the testimony of certain witnesses, including a medical expert, and erred in its holding regarding the statute of limitations.
