DOUG MARTIN, Judge.
On November 1, 2007, in his employment for appellee Bull Shoals Landing, appellant Greg Prock was using an acetylene torch to cut the top off of a fifty-five-gallon barrel that had previously contained marine oil when the barrel exploded and caused a fire that seriously injured Prock and his co-worker, Matt Edmisten. Prock and Edmisten were taken to the hospital where they both tested positive for illegal drugs.
