Appellant James Edward Daniels, Jr., was convicted by a Drew County jury of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver. Daniels received a fifty-year prison sentence regarding the methamphetamine and a fifteen-year prison sentence regarding the marijuana, to run consecutively.
