This appeal follows the June 6, 2011 order of the Garland County Circuit Court that granted appellee's motion for summary judgment. Appellant argues that the circuit court erred in granting summary judgment because a genuine issue of material fact remained as to whether there was a meeting of the minds of the parties sufficient to constitute a release of appellant's claims against appellee.
