PER CURIAM.
On December 15, 2009, appellant Roger Bradford filed a pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus in Lee County, where he was incarcerated. The circuit court denied the petition without a hearing, and appellant now appeals the circuit court's decision. He raises thirteen points for reversal.
