Appellant Michael Scales was convicted by the Pulaski County Circuit Court of Class C felony theft by receiving and was sentenced to thirty-six months' imprisonment, with twenty-four months suspended. On appeal, Scales argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss because the State failed to prove that he knew or had good reason to believe that the property was stolen.
