The Benton County Circuit Court revoked appellant Frank Parmley's suspended imposition of sentence (SIS) and sentenced him to serve twenty-eight years' imprisonment. As a special condition of his sentence, the trial court ordered Parmley to complete long-term drug treatment while in prison.
