Appellant Ariel McDaniel was convicted of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and maintaining a drug premises.1 She was tried by a jury in Pulaski County Circuit Court. Appellant was sentenced to six years of probation, a $10,000 fine, 250 hours of community service, and other minor fees and requirements.
