PER CURIAM.

In 2003, appellant Charles Rodgers was found guilty by a jury of rape and sentenced as a habitual offender to life imprisonment. We affirmed. Rodgers v. State, 360 Ark. 24, 199 S.W.3d 625 (2004).

Subsequently, appellant timely filed in the trial court a pro se petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.1(2005). The petition was denied, and this court granted...
