This is an appeal from the revocation of probation. On October 1, 2009, appellant Charles Grissom, Jr., pleaded guilty to theft by receiving and was placed on five years' probation. On October 8, 2010, the State filed a petition for revocation. After a hearing, the trial court found that Grissom had violated the terms of his probation and revoked it, sentencing Grissom to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
