Appellant Earnest McGaughey appeals from the August 27, 2010 order terminating his parental rights to his daughter, M.M. We affirm.

M.M. was born on December 21, 2009. On December 28, 2009, appellee Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) was alerted to M.M., a "Garrett's Law baby," because the child was born with marijuana in her bloodstream.
