Appellant Jerry Beaver appeals the denial of his claim for benefits he sought before the Workers' Compensation Commission regarding a shoulder injury he said he sustained on July 22, 2008, while at work for his employer, appellee Graphic Packaging. The administrative law judge (ALJ) found that Beaver failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that his shoulder injury was sustained at work.
