Sohala and George Wagner divorced in 2001. At the time, they agreed that they would share joint custody of their young daughter, B.W. But both Sohala and George petitioned the circuit court for a change of custody in 2006. After a hearing, the circuit court granted custody to George, gave Sohala visitation rights, and ordered Sohala to pay child support.
