Appellant Frank Parmley was convicted of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) on May 11, 2004. He was sentenced to twelve years' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction, an additional twelve years suspended, and it credited 358 days for time served on the delivery charge.
