This one-brief appeal stems from the acrimonious relationship between appellant Marty Kilman and appellee Catherine Kennard, the parents of a daughter, E.K., born May 22, 2004. The Cleburne County Circuit Court held Kilman in contempt of court and sentenced him to 180 days in jail, with all but thirty days suspended.
