First Electric Cooperative Corporation (FECC) appeals from partial summary judgment orders in favor of appellees Black, Corley, Owens, & Hughes, P.A. (Black), and Building Design Services, Inc. (BDS).1 The circuit court ruled that FECC's breach-of-contract claims against Black and BDS were time-barred. We affirm.
