Emerson Electric Company appeals the August 2, 2010 decision of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission concerning benefits related to a 2005 compensable injury sustained by appellee Roger Crawford, a nineteen-year employee of the company. The injury, a herniated lumbar disc that resulted in surgery, occurred when he and a co-worker were moving a 100-pound panel.
