Appellant, James Cortez Arnold, appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion to dismiss for violation of the speedy-trial rule and his subsequent conditional plea and conviction.1 In this appeal, he contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss. We affirm.
