PER CURIAM.

In 2008, appellant Benjamin D. Carter, Jr., was found guilty by a jury of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, and maintaining a drug premises. He was sentenced to life imprisonment and a $25,000 fine on the cocaine-possession charge, twenty years and a $25,000 fine on the marijuana-possession charge, forty years on...
