PORTER v. ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES

No. CA 10-368.

2011 Ark.App. 342

MISTY PORTER, APPELLANT, v. ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, APPELLEE.

Court of Appeals of Arkansas, Division I.
