Deborah Duncan appeals the Workers' Compensation Commission's decision finding that she failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that she suffered compensable injuries to her knees. Duncan claims that she suffered injuries to her neck, face, and knees on June 1, 2009, when she was "the victim of criminal assault."
