Appellant Milton Ray Hendrix was convicted by a Sebastian County jury of one count of second-degree sexual assault and one count of fourth-degree sexual assault, for which he was sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction and one year of imprisonment in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center, respectively, to be served consecutively.
