Kevin Smith appeals from the revocation of his probation. The circuit court found that Smith had violated the conditions of his probation by committing a felony—specifically, battery—revoked his probation, and sentenced him to a total of twenty-five years' imprisonment on the underlying counts. On appeal, he contends that there was insufficient evidence to revoke his probation. We find no error and affirm the circuit court's order...
