In 2007, a jury convicted appellant Talideen Tramal Davenport on charges of capital murder and three counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. The court sentenced appellant to an aggregate term of life without parole plus fifteen years that included an enhancement under Arkansas Code Annotated § 16-90-120 (Repl. 2006).
