Appellant Paul Franklin Pitchford appeals the May 6, 2010 revocation of his suspended imposition of sentence in Sebastian County Circuit Court, contending that the trial court erred in finding that he violated the terms and conditions1 of his suspended sentence because there was no testimony that his failure to pay restitution and fines was willful. We affirm the revocation.
