Edward Snyder appeals a judgment and commitment order entered by the Washington County Circuit Court on January 25, 2010, which revoked probation in case 2008-1343-1 and revoked suspended imposition of sentence in case 2005-98-2.1 Snyder contends on appeal that the court erred in modifying a sentence after it had been executed with a term of imprisonment. We disagree and affirm.
